These bars are an excellent choice if you're trying to up your protein intake. They are by far the best tasting when considering calories, fat, and protein content. |
| Electrolyte Tablets: If you think you can sustain high intensity activity throughout the day and replenish your electrolytes with sport drinks, you thought wrong. The most effective way to do go about replenishing your electrolytes is by taking tablets or powders. I recommend this product for sustained high intensity activity. |

The Zone Bars are the best tasting bars. My favorite flavor is Fudge Graham. However, these bars contain corn syrup. They have 7g of fat, 14g of soy and whey protien and 21 grahams of carbohydrates. |
These Atkins Day Break Bars are a little heavier than the other two and definately are better eating with a glass of water. They have 1g of refined sugar and 10g of fiber. However the fat level and type is a little undesireable. I do not eat these often enough to have devoloped a favorite flavor. Atkins bars have 10g of fat (5 saturated), 18g of whey protien and 23g of carbohydrates. |
